Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers has said that this is the record number which no products of seafood have achieved in the short-term like this. The products of Vietnam’s pangasuis have been accepted and enjoyed in many markets in the worlds right now.
According to the project of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, up to 2009, the area of feeding pangasius will have increased 13,000ha (double compared with right now), the output is approximately 2 million tonnes, the export turn-over is more than 2 billion USD. Among them, the riverside of Tien and Hau can increase the area of feeding twice , three times compared with right now if we manage and settle the waste water well from the area of feeding.
