According to Mr Nguyen Quoc Su, the director of Song Gianh factory of freezing seafood, though the area has widen to buy materials to the North but up to now, the factory can just maintain 50% capacity and workers have to take turns to be off due to lack to materials to manufactures.
When hundreds of ships in central of Vietnam do not work and make materials become scare, enterprises have to compete with Chinese businessmen to buy materials right “at home”. Mr Su worries: “They are willing to pay high price and buy all seafood when the ships come”.
