 Year to date, fisheries production of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province has reached 157,083MT, of which aquaculture production amounted to 5,482MT. Local companies exported 46,760MT of seafood, a par with that of the same period last year, and valued at US$114.08 million.
During the period, many companies have signed several long-term export contracts. However, due to lower fishing output, they are in shortage of raw material and have to cancel contracts with foreign customers |
