 The Decision clarified the targets until 2015 the industry to meet 70 percent of the country’s demand for fisheries processing tools and equipments such as grader, washer, head cutter, fin cutter, tail cutter, skinner, filleter, shrimp processor, drier, mixer, grinder, steamer, etc. The newly built equipments have to ensure minimizing loss of raw material, and saving energy and labor. At the same time the importance of manufacture of synchronized devices for Pangasius processing system has been addressed.
By 2025, Viet Nam will be able to produce high-speed freezing equipments, ready-to-eat seafood processing line, and packaging machines, etc. |
