The provinces will concentrate to improve the network of irrigation serving for aquaculture in general and for sugpo prawn in particular; making clean the water environment by the methods of checking the waste, examining, strict processing the foundations, individual who cause pollution; closing the management, checking the breeding animal, limiting to the minimum level of the situation of taking shrimps with low quality to feeding; letting fishermen borrow with interest to improve pond and lake, to make raft, to buy breeding animal, food; creating condition for enterprises of processing seafood to sign the contract of product.
